Do a search as this was discussed on this forum a little while back. I think the posts were in the small block section. Also try www.v-8.org.uk as theres a lot of guys with knowledge of the Rover engines there. The brief run down is: Buick 215 = Rover 3.5 (the Rover uses two single barrel carbs) This was produced for years then replaced with a 3.9 liter. The 3.9 liter was replaced by a 4.0 liter which is actually just the 3.9 but cross-bolted. there was also a 4.6 liter. I think the 4.0 liter and 4.6 liter both use coil pack ignition not a distributor and have a different front cover and cam because of this. try also www.rpiv8.com www.v8developments.co.uk www.roverV8engine.co.uk and this one... http://www.beestore.co.uk/cgi-bin/e...t_id=54473876x4477&page=Products/catalog.html
