I have a 430 motor that I want to put a 210s cam in. The pistons are factory forged type- approx. 10 cc dish- no valve notches, and it appears that the block hasn't been decked. I still have to measure it, but I believe that they are pretty far in the hole- maybe .040-.050 if I had to guess. Do you think I could get away with running a 210S cam with 4 degrees of advance? Anyone who has used this cam know if there will be valve-piston clearance issues? I know that the compression is going to be on the low side, but this motor is temporary to get me up and running, hopefully before the bpg nats (I'm being VERY optimistic about this, ha ha).

Yeah, that's the best way. I was just hoping that someone here would know. I didn't want to spend the money and find out the cam didn't work.
