    I hope this post become a "sticky" thread, as many of us have had questions regarding the 2004r swap. This particular article deals with the '67 Skylark, but much of the information can be used for all 64-72 Skylark/GS Buicks.

    Here is a picture of the T/V cable linkage on my '65 Skylark 300 v8. I used a Chevy bracket that mounts the intake where the old kickdown bracket used to be. I bought it at a local speed shop. The only thing I had to do was bend the top of the bracket toward the valve cover. Simple install... I don't remember the name of the company that makes the bracket...
