    Hi Guys,

I hpe someone maybe able to help me.I saw
that OPGI has lowering springs.I want to drop my
    wagon 2 ",I am running 17" tires with 245x45x17
rims.First I would think it will not rub, just want to
see what everyone else thinks.I also was wondering
if anyone in Canada may distribute these springs or
are they made by Eaton or one of those other spring
companies.Any leads and anyone selling them in
    Canada.

    Cheers Curts:beers2:

    Curts,

You didn't say what you are putting them on, other than to say it is a wagon. What year? I have the opgi 2 inch lowering springs in the front of my 69 gs convertible, lowered the car about an inch and a half more than 110k mile stock worn out springs.

I am running 225/45/17's in the front, and 245/45/17's in the rear. On a 69, not sure if the 245's would rub in the front or not, I think they might. Don't know the answers to your Canada question, can't you just have OPGI ship them to you?

I did the hotchkiss springs on my 66 GTO. Dropped it about 2 inches all the way around Still running the stock 14" rally 1 wheels in front with 225/70's. Rear are 15 x 8 repro rally 's with 265 60 15's on them. The rear tires would rub with people in the back seat. I had to change the rear rim with more backspacing to fix the rub. Great look, but things do change when you drop them. You may have a tough time finding a rear drop spring for a wagon. When I built my sportwagon everything available was except wagon.
