Would drop spindles really make stock size tires rub or scrape let alone any other size? I know they don't change the steering and suspension geometry like lowering springs but What would you get? Purchasing total disc conversion kit and like the low front stance...help

I opted for the 2" drop when I did a disc brake conversion. Stock tires rubbed the center-most bolt that holds the inner fender to the outer fender when the wheel was turned. Another problem was that I was not able to slide a floor jack under the front crossmember. I sent them back and installed standard height spindles. I'll lower the car about an inch with springs when the time comes.

Phil It really *is* a 350...

My 2" drop spindles didn't rub with 235/60-15's up front on Cragar Street Star 15x7 wheels. I also can't slide the floorjack under the cross member without pulling up on the bumper with one hand.

I put 275/40-17s up front today with 2002 Camaro 17x9 rims and 1-3/4" spacers. The tires only rub when I turn to the right.

If you're going with stock rims and tires, I don't think they'll rub at all, but worst case you'll have to pull a fender bolt like BillA did.
