I would say they are both pretty much complete minus the carbs. The one w/o the accessories turns over easily by hand, the other did not turn. It may, but I didn't really mess with it. Both ran when pulled, but have been sitting for approx. 7 years or so. p/u only in the New Haven, Ct area. $650 for both 203-530-6247 with questions. -Jim Can't post pics yet, will send to emails.
Both blocks have 1231738 between the top two bellhousing bolts. The one that didn't turn has B1236403 on the intake manifold. The other has B-1231718-E on the Intake. Valve covers are still on both. Email sonicdohc at yahoo for pics. Too big to attach and I can't post links yet.
