Nice tilt steering column. Column has factory anti-theft lower steel inner collar and upper steel lock-plate collar. Tilt mechanism has no play in it. Column was disassembled, tilt collar screws tightened, bearings and sliders greased and reassembled. Column in good condition. Has cruise and delay wiper turn signal arm. Column does have key.
