It's an adult 61/2 to 71/2 1980s style hat with adjustable plastic snap strap. I'm only 5'3" tall and have a smaller head also and adjusted to the minimum size, it's still too big for me. I would consider this hat more of a show piece wall hanger. Unless you like the 80s style hats sir!
