That looks like it could potentially be a good deal if it's as clean as it appears (which let's be honest, is often not the case).
If the owner has a mullet, just hand over the full amount a drive off.. You can always trust a guy with a mullet.. Party in the back, business in the front...
Looks like the passenger front fender is rusted through by the bumper and is bubbling pretty good on the bottom rear. Drivers side rocker looks pretty rusty as well as the drivers quarter panel by the tail light and bumper. If you go to the original ad and look at the pics there you can see it a little better.
