This wheel has some very slight fading. The leather is still soft. The tabs that hold the cap on are broken as usual. Someone has done a nice job fastening it with 3 screws accessible from behind the cap between it and the wheel. Not easily visible when on vehicle. You can see the three screws in the second picture. Comes with contact spring pin and bushing as shown. 80$.
