Here's some pics of my junk. Sorry for the doodoo quality phone pictures.
A little background if anyone is interested:
So this car was bought with a 350 sbc already with mine and my wife's wedding money about 3 days after we were married. It's become mostly hers now with the acquisition of my '67 skylark. Which really means I do the wrench turning and she does most of the driving, which is okay. These pictures were taken right after I had replaced the floor pans, which were in very sorry shape.

Floor pans, the cheapest I could find them, were 215 dollars a side, and Long Island really doesn't have junk yards(The one I've been housed the scum of the earth). So I purchased 22 gauge sheet metal and used a couple different weighted ball peen hammers and some different blocks of scrap wood to shape the front pans, welded them in and coated with POR15. The rears were in good shape, and just got splashed with POR15.
The car had a bench seat. Those are g-body monte carlo seats which were 10 dollars and are a temporary thing right now. That hideous steering wheel has since been replaced.

Cookie cutter SBC out of an '87 Camaro. Runs ok. Cammed, vortec heads, edelbrock intake and a Holley 650 on top.

The car is on LI still, and I'm in ohio. So, once I get it out here I have some big plans, mostly starting with necessary body and frame restoration, and then extending into a performance build. The Mrs. want's it to be a budget street bruiser, so I think rebuilding the sbc 350, punching it out, stroking it and putting a baby blower on it with decent flowing alum heads and a mild cam grind should be sufficient. The goal is 475 on pump gas and 11.90s with a 12 bolt rear with 3.73s on slicks. Probably going to keep the interior gutted for the weight savings.

    Thanks for looking.
