there is a differance in the size of the exhaust valve's between 76' 350 heads and 70' 350 heads. the differance is in the size where the 76 is a bigger feelable differance than the 70' valves, i have the heads hear in my garage and checked this, although i can't tell what the differance because i don't have a mic, i will barrow one from my friend and post the differance later. I'm thinking the 76' exhaust valves are 1.550 where as the 70' exhaust valves are 1.500, oh but the 76' exhuast valves have a dish and the 70' exhuast valves are flat. Now the intake valves on 76' and 70' are identical dish and size. just thought id post that to clear things up, i will mic both valves to see the exact size.:grin: :TU:
Check the angle of the valve in the head, also how deep in it is. The cc on the newer heads appear to larger but the design is different. Remember THEY say all 350 heads are the same. Ken
