It does look nice. I’ve seen this car for sale somewhere before, maybe on here. Not sure.

It is a nice looking Apollo. However, the bucket seats are not correct for the car.

Why do you think the brakes lock up after 10 minutes?

I bet the brake pedal adjuster/rod is pushing the master cylinder piston in slightly so the front brakes are dragging slightly at all times, then they get hot and start locking up.

What James said or he used the longer rod between the master and booster. Most of those repop setups come with two different length rods. Should be an easy fix..

First thing you would have to find out what modifications he did to the car : Was it originally a 6 cylinder that had manual drum brakes on ?? Then he put power brakes on and didn't put the push rod in the right hole in the brake pedal ??? Or as stated above pushrod not adjusted correctly ?? A lot of questions to be answered before attempting to fix .

    It has its issues
I have been trying to figure out what those seats come out of so i can offer them for sale,
This is by first ever Buick I found it on the side of a not very often traveled road, having the original engine Trans ect sold it. I would like to correct anything that is not all original but having problems finding things i think i need Might have to keep the seats for a while my sone loves them with the white interior , right now im more worried about reliability and safety When i got it home few of the vacuum lines were hooked up and it was pouring oil from the front which i think i fixed with the new intake gasket I wouldn't no where to begging finding out which seats were original to the car, if anyone does no know what these came out of or where I could find out what came with car and or where i might get them please let me know Thanks

If I get over to my Sister-in-laws I can shoot some pictures of the seats in her 74 GSX . Hers is original with 40,000 miles and a straight 6 Chevy motor in it .
