I bought it many years ago as a NOS mirror. It doesn't appear to have ever been mounted, but the mirror is brown. I don't know if this is how they came from the factory or if it was painted for a customer and never picked up. It looks like it was painted before the glass was installed, so maybe it's factory. It works fine and has new gasket. It didn't come with an escutcheon, but I had one that looks very good. I do not have the retainer that holds cable to escutcheon, but it would be easy to make.
