This might be a good deal, provided it isn't rotten, and coming from Toronto, an un-rotten one would be a rarity. Looks like the paint could still buff out, and with a little glue and a clean up, this thing would be attractive and might actually get some interest.
Im looking at the gravel floor on the garage .. from when it might have been inside the No Door Garage, and thinking the bottom is more flaky than Pel Osi eating a toasted croissant on a good day
