I would have a interest in the clock if its a 24 hour clock & gauges if they work (Pigtail included)

Sounds like someone at the DMV does not know what they are doing. I have had to guide them through the process several times with a similar problem. You should call the dmv investigative unit. They will help you. The people at the counter will have no idea on how to help you. Was the vehicle ever registered in Mexico or handled by a Dealer in Mexico? If so this can cause the counter people to hang up your title transfer because they do not know how to follow DMV regulations and the vehicle code.

Hey Hector... put me third in line for the rally gage cluster (no tach or speedo!) and really interested in the disc brake pedal pad. Also AC dash control module if decent working condition, and possibly wiper motor with pump. These all need to be just driver quality. Thanks! Bill in Two Rivers, Wi.

 

Ok Im taking two other cars apart right now as soon as i get to this one i will go down the line at this point is is a parts car.
