I am looking for the entire rubber taillight assembly (the metal back piece as well) for my 72 Skylark, I only need the RH side but can buy the whole set. I am interested in taillights as well but I don't need those as much. Also Interested in a set of Sport mirrors. Doesn't have to be anything special, just a usable set of sport mirrors. I have the right side rubber that goes around the taillight,I don't think there's any metal piece there,you will get the rubber and some of the scews with it.I also have the taillights,do you need both sides?BrunoD.
The metal that the rubber attaches to on my bumper is rotted away, I am not sure I can install new rubber without that piece, it definitely appears to be a separate piece from the bumper. As for the taillights I am going to try cleaning them as I had them apart today and they don't appear too bad but I am still interested in what you are asking for both taillights. Thank You!:TU:
The taillight rubber trim is rubber that encapsulates a metal structure....so you have to replace it as a unit.
