1972 Buick Skylark SunCoupe

    If I lived any closer I'd come look at it but it looks like I'm about 8 hours away from you. How much rust does it actually have? How's the frame/undercarriage/floor/trunkpans?

    There is some surface rust on the undercarriage. Thanks to the winters that it was drove in up here in Minnesota. For the last 10 years it has been in my garage. The rocker panel under the drivers door near the front fender, have some rust. I haven't removed the carpet so I do not what condition it is under there, but it seems solid. I think there's rust on the under side. The rear quarters could use some work. They were done over 20 years ago by my father but should be replaced. This is a Minnesota car, and was driven, all 116,000 miles, one of 3943 built in 1972.

    I might. I have a co-worker who mentioned that he has his grandfather's 1938 Buick in his garage and it's "in the way". I don't have a lot of details or even pictures, but will be investigating soon. Of course, the reliable LeSabre still gets my wife to work every day.
