1972 Buick Skylark Post car for parts

I will be getting a 72 skylark 2dr coupe post car. Just checking to see what parts you guys might be interested in.. It is a bench seat, drum car and no rust on the doors, fenders or quarters. Rear bumper looks to be perfect as are both doors. Engine is a 350/350 and is out of the car right now. I will be parting her out so let me know what you might be interested in. I will have clear title. I have not had a chance to get under it yet but from what I can see it has zero rust. I will be keeping the tilt column so that will not be for sale. Parts or whole car just let me know. I will have pictures this week. PICTURES HAVE BEEN ADDED

 

Is it a AC car? If so, I could use a couple of air ducts.

Is it a column or console shift? If it is console automatic I could also use a few parts.

I'm looking for B-pillar covers. I don't care what color, since they will end up black, anyway. Will the '72 style fit the '68 car? I expect so, but am not sure.

Just out of curiosity, why part out a pristine car, especially with a clear title?

 

Just testing the waters to see who was interested in the parts or maybe the whole car. I hope to have the car at the house either this evening or sometime later in the week. I don't have the room for this car so it will not last long. I will post when I have more info.

 

Hi I would be interested in the rear sail panels if they do NOT have the dome lights in them. Do not care about the color.

Sorry I have not responded back guys. I have been down with a bad case of the flu for a few days now. Starting to get better and should have some pics of the car up here any day. Pete

 

Pictures of the 72 post car. There is no rust on the outside of this car anywhere. The fenders are perfect as are both doors. Looks like someone drilled a small hole on top of the right fender for an antenna (?). The rear quarters have no rust. Right quarter is perfect and the left one has a small dent, see pic. Trunk lid is in perfect shape also both bumpers have a few small dings. Hood is in perfect cond. I have not been in the trunk yet or under the car but from what I can tell it looks good. Will know more once I get her home. Interior is in sad shape but seats are there and the only window that is bad is the righr rear quarter glass(broke). Doors open and close great and have no dents or damage. The body on this car is great shape. Engine and trans are not in the car. Will come with a clear title. I will see if there is an interest in the whole car first and if not then I will part out. So let me know if interested. I already have interest in some parts but would like to sell as a whole.. $800

You will be first in line for the bezels if car does not sell as a whole. I will keep everyone posted on the status as I do not want this car sitting around for to long. Just don't have the room right now. So if she does not sell fast then it will be parted out.
