    REVISED 9-8-18 update
the 71 72 Am Fm wants to work ...great chrome
and sweet original knobs... the flash makes the chrome look wierd ... much much
nicer in hand .... the red dial bar is deeper red also looks washed out in picture

I just hooked the 72 am fm back up this morning.....
The speaker buzzez the same in am or fm and goes up and down with volume ....
I feel its internal antenna issue ... my Super tuner below makes the same sound with the antenna unplugged ..... the buick radio light works .... the heat sink did not get warm as
my note says ... it was only on at 5 second intervals to check connections and flip am fm and swap speakers etc ....

super clean original radio and facia ,,, perfect for the 40,000 mile survivor ... 250.00

I have a spare 1 wire speaker core with the correct plug .. I am told it needs the 2 wire style ...green n black wire.. plug is the same on both .. core speaker is a 68 Lemans
in 69 lemans they went to the 5 slot plug stacked connectors thru 72
looks like the buick kept the early side y side 3 connection plug longer ...
I am sure when you have it reconed the can add the twin wire .. 25.00
I grounded the speaker to the radio ...still same variable buzz....
