1972 350-2 Choke Thermostat

Looking for NEW or a good used 1972 Skylark 350-2 Choke Thermostat.
or any leads on where to find one.

I am pretty sure the 2bbl and the 4 bbl are different. Can anyone
chime in?

 

The cover is the only thing the same between the 2 and 4 bbl. The 2 bbl. has a much longer rod.
I would have to look, but I may have either a nice one or NOS. I also have repro. gaskets for them.

 

i have this one i dont remember what year i took it off of though. i also have one on a 71 350.

 

Doug, The one I have has 3 bolt holes....
what does the '71 look like?

Doug,the one you have is for a 68-69 350.The one I have,I just looked,the rod is from a 350 4Barrel car,but,unfortunately,the former owner decided to make it fit a 350 4Barrel,so he bend it some.It has to be bend back to the way it was,and you need the intake and the carb to make it fit.BrunoD.
