...asked the guy IF it was outda a 71 lark? yup. Asked the guy if it was tan?... yup. Asked the guy if it was two spoke type? yup. Asked him if it had any cracks, a few. Told him I'd buy it. He agreed to drop it off on his way thru town. He did. Really felt bad when I actually saw it... NOT a 71, but a 70. ALtho is IS a two spoke, NOT the correct two spoke. Decent yea, few cracks. He wanted $95. I reluctantly handed the man $75 for his troubles. ...and to make matters worse... the generous fello BIGJIMMYL above, has now offered a perfect wheel for less than what I just paid. That 70 looks fine for $50.00 shipped Bigjimmyl. Dennis, this is a tough situation. Try to off load it on ebay. Let me know if you get your $ back out and I'll try to help offset the difference for your effort if you don't. Before I posted this thread, I picked up a wheel off ebay for $70 shipped black, '69 batwing style with cap for another car with the usual cracks.
