1971 Skylark Black seat belts

A nearly complete front seat belt set for a bench seat just missing the passenger side retracting belt. $85.00 shipped in the USA.

 

Al, I may be interested if the date codes on them are good for me. What number/ letter codes are on them? Also are they General Safety or Hamill?

The belts are Hamill and have either E 71 and C 71 on the tags.
