These were removed off a 1971 GS skylark probably about 3 or 4 years ago and they hard black primer put on them (not by me) to keep off the rust since the paint that was on the car they came off of was kinda cheesy. I saw them removed and this is the correct skylark type. Anyways I bought this as well as some other stuff off a guy a while back around Strasburg Pa since I thought I was going to do a GS in the future, but with being still in college and the current economy times, I don't see it happening anymore. These aren't dented. The glass isn't real bad but it has a decent amount of scratches, I was going to have the glass replaced if I used them. The pivot mechanism works nice and freely the interior end has a slight bit of pitting. The mounting brackets and bolts which are hard to come by are included as well. On the passenger side mirror base where the phillips screw head goes through there is some pitting from where rust was in the past but has been removed. Keep in mind I'm pretty particular about things. I'd prefer a local pickup on these, but if I have to ship I will. I may be reached at 717-873-2506. I'm over at Millersville, PA (17551) currently. More pics are available for email if requested. I'm asking what I paid for them $120 OBO.
Dewman is first in line and will be comming by sat. to check them out. Either way I will let everyone know. Andy
