WOW-that thing is nice! wonder how much they want-the ad writer obviously is not aware those cars came with full size spares. I had a 72 blue on blue, when gas was 40 cents a gallon-as nice as it is not sure I would want to feed it at todays prices.

Nice car but if they are serious with the price they are going to keep it for a long time...i would see the value somewhere in the high teens/low twenties depending on the paint. Unfortunately a lot of original paint cars have so many dings, scratches, paint chips, dull spots, thin paint, etc. that they have to be repainted to look good.

Yes, but what does it really mean ?

Is it cheaper to view the car online, before you drive to the dealer ?
Will they drop the showroom price when you mention that you first saw it on the internet ?

They are a dealership, so they still have to pay for their real estate and salaries for their salesmen and mechanics.
It's not like they are selling stuff, only over the internet, from a warehouse with just a few employees, or don't have articles in stock to keep the pricing low.

    Interesting link :Comp:

I hope you don't say that because the car has a bench seat.

There are orange dashboard needles instead of the correct white ones in this model year 1971 Riviera :Do No:
(But the hands of the clock are still white)

I have orange dashboard needles in my 71, and my clock arms are white.

    Hello,

I have a Buick Riviera GS 1971 from which the original engine is missing...
So I am on a search for a long-block with matching casting numbers...

Block casting: 1231738 or 1238861 with 455 besides it..

Between the front left 1st and 2th spark plug there should be the letters TA...

And if possible with intake manifold and exhaust manifolds...

    Intake casting: 1236403 / 455

Exhaust casting: right 1238094 left 1233451

And I am also looking for a dashboard...

Would be awesome if you could helpe me with or know any salvage yard thats worth trying?

    Kind regards,

    Michael
