I noticed staining on my pass side exhaust near the rear axle, upon investigation I see my axle vent is totally gone? ou: I looks like it was a pressed in fitting? Anyone know what I need, where to get, what will work? thanks Gord
I think it is a plastic tube type vent with a plastic cap that just pops in. Go to the junkyard where they stack cars and try to look underneath a car on top and pull one off another GM car. Hopefully they were the same for many years.
thanks Dave, I guess theres no long hose attached to the diff as these things don't typically run in deep mud or water. I'll check a wrecker and find something that'll pop in, thanks Gord
