Hi, am intrested. I have 2 questions: 1. Are they the right ones for the A-body cars (GS, Skylarks), if yes, then why 71-77, what was diferent on the 70 cruise lever? (My cars a 70 Gs) 2.Does the switch on them is a ''on'' ''off'' switch, or a ''on'' switch, only when you hold down the button and goes ''off'' when you let go??? Thanks
These will work on any a body car but the 1970 and earlier models are different in appearance than the ones from 1971-77. According to the owners manual the switch is depressed to engage or turn on the cruise system and it is turned off by applying the brakes or holding the button and decelerating the vehicle to 25MPH. Are you trying to use the switch for some other type of custom application other than cruise control?
Thanks Al for your quick answer, yes, I wanted to use one for a line lock but, since its not a ''toggle'' (on/off) switch (thats what I tought...) it wont be helpfull for me , but thanks!
Hey Al, if you still got some, can you show me pics of your nicest one. I will be a taker after all! Thanks
