As fall approaches,I will be focusing on finding a nice 70 Skylark. I prefer a hardtop,but would also consider a convertible.Prefer Apollo white.Im not concerned about mechanicals or interior,but it must be a rust-free car. It could be a done car or a project.I also prefer non-AC. A GSX clone,done right,would be cool.I want to make a fun car out of it.No 71-72.
Brian, what's your price range? Since I found the title for my car it could be converted to a WILD street car! Could be bought without drivetrain, etc. It's currently listed (higher priced) with a broker, but something could always be worked out if interested. If I don't sell it, given a certain amount of time, I may do a street car conversion myself. Steve
Steve, I would drive yours just the way it is. I do the stock style suspension,10" tire stuff,but yours is very nice. I have built cars like that,and unless your have done it,you can't appreciate the time,effort,and aggravation to make it all happen.
