1970 Riviera On Classic Car Board

    1970 Buick Riviera. 1st year of the 455 (370hp 510lbs of torque) and one year only body style. Interior is in amazing shape. All options including 5 rallye wheels with Turbine caps. Strato seats. Recent exhaust. New battery. Carb rebuilt (quadrajet 4bbl). Floors and trunk solid. 66k original miles. Vinyl top with no rips. All glass is good. $4500 Located in North Jersey.

    Don't know the guy or the car, saw it on the board, thought someone might be interested......looks nice!

    This Riv is in pretty decent condition. It has the cornering lights, chrome wheels, and I think it has the Cruisemaster. It of course has the custom sweep spear with the rear skirts. I see a a lot of dings here and there, but nothing serious except perhaps a crease dent on the front passenger side panel near the hood.

    It looks like the engine is running on the rich side. Notice the black carbon spots underneath the tail pipes. Also note the apparent dealership thingy on the driver side of the trunk door so that would suggest the paint is original. A nice 1970 Riv survivor that I would be proud to own.
