I need to get the opel fitted for a big block buick

Glen are those pics your car back in the day? Any idea what engines powered it over the years and how fast it ran?

 

It ran 8.56 I believe with a bbc chevy I wanted to do a buick in it but just couldnt swing it . money and time wise not to mention I had a very new 18 year old girl diving it. I bought a 500 dollar small block chevy off craigs list and it ran a best of 11.46 at 113 mph the motor was probably putting out 300 horse tops car weights 1912 pounds with a full tank of gas hopefully in a couple years we will change over to a bbb.

 

If I had to do it all over agin I would have redone it just like it was in the red with the same stickers and all and I probably will some day

 

Very cool and LIGHT!!!! A Buick 350 with the TA alum heads when they come out would be plenty fun and all Buick!
