Selling my 1970 GSX This is one of the lowest original mile GSXs left 30,501 original miles. Extremely great body before the frame off rotisserie was completed by Then and Now Automotive. Still has the original and complete drive train, Numbers MATCH all the way!!! Some great options are tilt wheel, AM/FM radio and speed alert speedometer. No disappointments!!! Won Gold 396/400 scale in the BPG Nationals at National Trails in Aug. 2007 Car is located in Indiana, asking 125,000.00 Thank you! Troy
I saw this car up close at the BPG Nats, and it is a very, very nice car. Freshly frame off restored, with only 30k original miles, and a Concours Gold award on it's first showing - what a GREAT car. :TU: Good luck, Troy. You are going to make someone very happy rowing thru the gears in that car! :3gears:
I went to Columbus as my first Buick meet (only as an observer). I was able to meet a bunch of great people and see some amazing cars. Both Troy and James GSX's were in the show and both were truly amazing. I am partial to 4 speed cars and Troy's is as fresh as can be! Great cars and great people. If you're looking for an X this car from Troy would be one to be proud to add to any collection.
Hello Troy, I am interested and also from SE Indiana. Do you have a number where I can reach you? Thanks, Michael
After a pleasant converstaion with Wayne Roberts this past weekend I can now claim, "Documented". This GSX is exactly as it came from the factory according to Wayne's factory information. What a great why to verify these cars history! Thanks Wayne! Troy
Troy your GSX is a beauty! Being such a low mileage car it must have been pretty nice before you restored it or was it a neglected outdoor stored car? Any pics prior to restoration would be nice to see Good luck with it's sale. Thanks
Thank you so much Rich! Mark mentioned this was one of the best body he had to start with in quite some time. The car's history is known much better by docgsx on the board. But my memory is that it was stored inside in the mid eighties. I can only guess I am the third owner. The title I got was issued in 1974 and I kept it for the history file. Here are a few pictures of the day it left Michigan and after it was taken apart. I believe you can see how nice everything was. This car has it's entire original sheet metal except the trunk floor. Thanks again for inquiring Rich. Troy
Will you take an IOU. :Brow: Really is a sweet car. I believe I saw it at BPG 07 when it was first completed. First class!
I can, 125K ??????? 30K orig miles is irrelavent now since being restored, better chance if it was a mint orig survivor w/30K miles.
I'm quite certain I saw this X at the reunion and Troy's name was on the card on the dash. Still looked amazing! :bglasses:
