1970 GS350. Hung up on me when I suggested $15000 must have been a misprint.

Nah, that's definitely worth 15 grand....

(As long as there's at least 13 grand in the glovebox and they're willing to negotiate a bit).:D

You think they could at least clean the poor Buick up before trying to sell it!

    >>Perhaps that is his plan - "Yeah, I tried REAL hard to sell your Buick but no one wanted it. Maybe you should just give it to me."

Anywhere on the planet for that matter. I got the impression the car is here in Cincy like the map shows but then again, I didn't talk with him very long.

Probably just his cell phone. He could have originally been from outside of Ohio and kept his old number.

I dunno, IF thats from Arizona and TOTALLY solid, what would you guys think its worth? 15k is clearly too much.

Ive got no skin in the game, just curious.

It's hard to tell. Someone, with a lot better skills than I, would need to inspect the car to see what needs to be done. There are no under-the-hood or interior pictures so we can probably assume the entire car is roached and simply a shell of its former self. Therefore, it should probably be worth the very minimum. It would really need to be inspected. Keep in mind that Craigslist allows the seller to show a lot more pictures than just one. This must be a BS posting and the seller is looking to get an easy $15k. Unless someone can go and look at it, this is probably bull crap.

The owner probably wants $2k or way less than $15K. I'm sure he is helping in the tune of making some quick money. I'm sure if he finds a live one the car won't be in the barn and he will but it from the actual owner and bring it to him first.

If the person asks for a deposit that's what the actual owner probably wants.

I see around here where people go and take pics of cars for sale of others and ask more money in an ad. They try to sell stuff that isn't theirs yet. They don't want to take the risk until they know someone else wants it.
