Will they also work on a 1972?

 

I think 72 had a curved in the metal.
But not 100 %

 

I think that the curve was only in one of the two bars and was due to a change in the A/C dryer mounted on the front (of the core support) passenger side in '72 and maybe '71. Non A/C cars from '70-'72 may have had the same straight ones. I believe this to be correct.

 

70 & 71 are straight.
72 both have the bend.
