1970 GS 455_ Front Bumper lower braces??

    I've searched dozens of photos, but I cannot find pics of what the braces look like that go from the bottom of my front bumper to the core support. Can somebody post a pic of theirs for me? Anybody have some that they would be willing to sell?

    are u referring to the rods that crisscross in front of the rad?

    I believe so. If you look at the pic I posted, my front bumper has two extensions with holes in them. I assume those are for braces that go to the core support or the frame.

    You are incorrect. Those holes are for a GSX spoiler baffle and nothing else. You are all set.

    No Problem, Funny they had that in mind way back when the bumpers were made in mid 69 for the 70's. I guess they also could have had something else in mind and the baffle was designed to fit the existing tabs. Any ones guess.
