1970 gs 455 4speed trans I have a transmission with a 2-25-70 build date

    last 3 digits of vin 497 possibly from S.E. PA let me know I have more info. M-21 "G" plant

    Curious, couldn't it be out of a GS 350 as well? I thought they were the same trans, but maybe I'm forgetting some tell tale sign.

    Yes it could be from a 350 the guy I got it from was confident it was a gs455 but that is speculation. so if any one has the last 3 digits we can check the rest I didn't want to put full vin online
