[SUB]The ad says in 1969 buick made some special Coca Cola cars? I know he says this one isn't made by Buick. Did Buick do this kinda stuff? Thanks, Mark http://orlando.craigslist.org/cto/3469169367.html[/SUB]
We have covered this in the past going back to at least 2004: http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?135642-Coca-Cola-GS-GSX&highlight=cola+GSx http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?131684-1970-Coca-Cola-GSX-For-Sale&highlight=cola+GSx
Hmmm... Interesting looking car. The way the ad is stated that a higher up Coca Cola executive "had them make him one" it wouldn't surprise me if the car was brown originally. If you could track legitimate ownership and stories maybe. Otherwise too much urban myth involved. If Coke was involved with that back in the day you guarantee there would be pics of it. Not just by Coca Cola but plenty of people. I do love the color on that car though. Not a huge fan of the Cola interior with it but I have seen worse. Hmmm again. I would like to see an Orange Crush GSX now that would be nice. Maybe a custom tangerine with a white interior...
IMO it must be real... Red outer can... Brown inside substance... No real power/nutritional value (350 instead of 455) Must be real PS, I love Coke (the Cola) so please don't hate.
I should have purchased it back in 2006 when it was listed near Grand Rapids, MI for $11k because it looks clean & rust free.
