1970 Buick GS Ram Air Hood. Includes ram air grille inserts, base plates, and nose chrome trim. Paint is very rough and hood has some surface rust on top, but is straight and solid. It will need to be stripped and refinished. There is a very small (hard to notice) ding in the nose that will be easily repairable when the hood is refinished. Nose trim is straight but could use a re-chrome. A good 41 year old survivor.

 

Hey Curtis, did you ever sell this? If not, would you be willing to sell the plates on the inside of the hood? My friend needs a pair. Let me know. Thanks, Ken

Not my hood, was a craigslist ad I posted...

 

Ken--I do not think Curtis was ever on V8. It was posted by reference by another V8 member.

 

I'm confused. I mean I see that it was a CL add now, I missed that, but Curtis has been a V8 member for a while. :idea2:

In any case, my buddy is looking for a set of these plates. I just thought this was a good place to start, but I will post in parts wanted.

 

You may be right. He says "Not mine" so looking back I assume Curtis was just posting this ad he found on Craig's list.
