Well, all after many years of debate I have decided to change directions in my hot rodding endeavors. As with many of us, I dreamed of ruling the streets (week-end drags at a legal track I mean). Then as one great deal after another fell into my lap I ended up with a full tilt race car. For those that know me you also know that I have spent at least 7-9 months deployed in support of the global fight every year since 2002. As a result I haven’t had much time or energy to race or work on my car. With this said I am selling my race car and a few other Buick related items. With the economy as it is I know that now is not a great time to try and sell, but not looking to get rich or even try and recoup the billions spent, my goal is to sell the car for a very fair price and move on. I will try and list the car as best as I can. Bottom line is that this car is show car quality. The only flaw is on the driver side floor where the brake master cylinder leak and bubbled the paint. The last time this car went down the track was 2002 with the old iron headed motor and it went 10.18.

There was a lot left on the table as the car was build for nitrous but we ran an N/A class. Once we returned from BG we pulled 2 and 7 rods to check the bearings all looked real good. The motor sat on an engine cradle until 2009 with rockers off and I kept the engine lubed inside and out. In Nov of 09 I put the engine in the car for our move to Maryland. The engine install is 95% complete with the fuel lines, oil lines and hooking up the wires.

How solid was the car when you started?
What is on it for brakes?
Does it have a transbrake and whats in the tranny?
    Is the cage certified?

The transmission does have a T-brake and the TQ is an Art Car. The car has stock disc brakes up front and Wilwood disc in the rear. The car is 100% rust free and rock solid.

As of right now I have had one conditional offer based on if I would be willing to complete the intall and get the car up and running. With that said it is not out of the question, but I am open to offers as per the write up in my for sale post. I have been doing army stuff that has kept me out of the area for 6 of the last 8 weeks and I'm out the door again for 2 weeks at the end of the month. We just bought a house a couple of months ago and take a guess how long my honey do list is. Thanks for looking. I'll be around most of the day so call me
