I would appreciate any feedback I can get as to what parts from a 1976 Riviera will fit on a 1970 Riviera. I bought a '76 primarily for the engine (tranny out & some trim missing) and did not have further plans than that for the car. Was just going to pull motor and haul rest to junkyard. However, I just now picked up a fairly straight, non-rusted still running TX 1970 model Riviera. (I had a nice 1970 eight years ago and miss it...). I was wondering if the disk brake setup, the rear axle and perhaps steering parts, etc might fit from the 1976 to the 1970, should I need them?
Would like to determine this before tearing down car because I want to haul the body of the '76 away as quickly as possible after dismantling starts. Just from memory, I don't think any of body parts at all fit, but what all can I utilize from the 1976, if it's counterpart on the 1970 is inadequate?
    Thank, Mike H
