Brand new in-tank electrical fuel pump --- brand new gas line --- but no gas at the other end --- so I suspect I have an electrical issue. Ignition on -- 9.3V over the pump ... shouldn't I be getting 12V. Pardon my ignorance ... but is it supposed to begin pump fuel when you turn on the ignition or when you actually crank the engine? Gentlemen .... what do I do next?
