I am looking for a 1969 GS Trunk lid Emblem Spring. The one on my car is a repro and the spring is so weak I am thinking it's just going to break, and I want another just in case. I figure some one out there has an old ratty/pitted emblem with a good spring that they are not using, if so let me know. I was hoping to pick it up in BG next week. Thanks. Duane
Duane, let me check. I wanna say my spring popped off the backing plate, but I know I have the old backing plate still, let me see if the spring is attached to it tonight. It was actually a homemade spring that someone made for this exact purpose that I bought years ago, don't remember who from though. They were like some kind of fabricator I guess.
