1969 GS grille bolt measurement PLEASE

    Need the measurement from the edge of the grille to the tip of both the lower and bottom bolts... Please refer to pic. If you can, post a pic of said areas with a ruler or tape measure in your reply...
    Trying to repair a grille that has BOTH of the studs missing :mad: :spank: :laugh:

    George if you have the chrome surround then measure the holes :bla: ...otherwise I can get that for you tonight...:3gears:

    Swing by George and measure away or call me tonight. I also have an extra surround that you could borrow for a template if needed while you make your repairs.

    Here's the areas I need: as you can see, the studs were completely broken off. So I have to rebuild the stud 'base' on both of them.
    *The third picture is the bottom stud...

    Thanks Dave. We had PM'ed a year or so ago about what you had used for a base for the studs... I will PM you to makse sure I have it right...

    Hey George,
    I'm in the garage today working on the Buick. If you don't have everything you need stop by and measure. Call me 1st to make sure I'm not out though.
