sure she is rare but the condition it's in I would say 15k just because of all the paper work. one could easyly put that amount back in the car. we will just have to watch and see. love the color.

Slam- Of course I am on it.. Who do you think had the first bid ($6000)?? :)
Cameo with black, though.. Tough color to own, unless you love it.

Neat car and it will be fun to watch, but you will throw $10,000 into it before you can blink. I have a feeling he wants big coin.

Tony- I agree. There are better 4 speed ragtops out there with better colors...:beer

Once my 67 GTO is gone this year, the hunt will really start for another 69 drop. :TU:

I was looking on JC Whitneys site and that transmission is discontinued:laugh: might take a while to find it. That bike could cost more to restore than the rag top too

I just sold my truck(finally) and am looking for a big block 4 speed. I agree with George about the color combo. The car looks rough for the $...

It's sad that it has to be sold by a flipper that's to lazy and in such a greed frenzy to even take it off the trailer. I hate seeing cars treated this way, but if the oil commodity guys can do it so can "collectors". :(

Maybe he's a Picker :Do No: The car will bring what the market is in today's economy ... if he really wants to sell it . The bike and car he has listed tells me he has a good eye for a flipper . :TU:

... or the condition of the sellers "Gem" vs. the BJ car which I can almost guarantee is at least 3x nicer
