Looks like a good honest driver. Upholstery was redone in the 80s, judging by the fabric, and it has a few small issues, but overall, not badly priced for a car that one can just drive around everywhere.
The convertible top not going down right may be an issue. If you look at some of the pictures the paint is awful and it appears there is green paint in the wheel well
Ok, I had a closer look, amazing what you guys can see and I can't. Need new glasses or something obviously. Anyway; the top is shot on that car, it looks like an original or a mid 70s replacement. Either way, it's done, it's shrunk to the point of being a problem. That'll be close to $3K to replace nowadays. The paint is cheap, agreed, probably a Maaco "splash-and-dash". The interior will need a new dash cap, and it all looks pretty weather beaten. The seat upholstery is straight out of a 1983 Citation. The right side cornering light is probably full of water, it's black. The bumpers aren't the straightest either, a common issue for the 69s. Still, if the sides aren't full of bondo and chickenwire this might make a solid driver.
