It's not greasy or sticky. 2 small flaws, a scuff and a nick. They are at 4:00 + 5:00, if you held the wheel, you would probably not notice them. They look worse in the pics than they are. This is not a concours quality wheel, but it is a nice HTF wheel at a fair price.
