Good luck, Mark! I am in the same boat...Saw you were bidding on the last one that was on eBay so I stayed away. $310 was the last, one before was $400 in change?
I had a chance to buy TWO (one NOS in the box with all of the mounting parts) for $400 and a second without the box for $300 +-... :Dou: :spank:

That makes 3 of us looking for one.... The last one on ebay went for $255, it looked decent in the photos but I think the chrome was pretty pitted under the surface.

    Here it is..

My ebay ID is GS-400... I will make sure I don't bid against you guys too much :Brow:

I quess I will need to keep my eyes peeled for e-bay.

My preference would be to find one here, and not go thru that e-bay hassle.

Now that I am finished with school, I am going to SERIOUSLY persue repoping the mirrors. Just be patient as I have to start getting things in place.... :TU:

George, I'd also be interested in a repro mirror, just wonder if enough interest exists to make them in #'s to be affordable. Time will tell...

Alan, I'll take 3 of 'em. :TU:

BTW and seriously, picked up (or should I say stole) a 68 GS 400 HT #'s matching for $800.00. Solid, really nice shape and running order. Time for another resto.

I know where there is one or two in a nearby state... and one mounted on a POS GS350... Did he sell that GS?

....not sure, will have to follow up. It would be a good core to use as a scab for a repro if you make any headway :Do No:
