I would first like to thank Tony. He is a GREAT GUY and it was a PLEASURE doing business with him. He takes pride in his cars and it shows. The car was every bit of what he said it was and you really had to see it to truly appreciate it. My son and I are very pleased with it. Thank you Tony.
SECONDLY, I'd like to apologize to anyone I might have OFFENDED by sending Tony a PM. YES, I DO know my place in line and I thought I WAS in line when I posted a pm so that it can BE SEEN. That was the purpose of POSTING it. I guess I could have sent a pm WITHOUT posting it and no one would have ever seen it but because I AM mindful and respectful of others, I DID post that I had sent a pm. My intention was certainly NEVER to jump AHEAD of anyone else in line. That's NOT how I do business. In between the time that Tony posted the car for sale and the time that I posted the pm to Tony, I DID see a couple of people INQUIRING about the car but NEVER saw an ACTUAL COMMITMENT to BUY the car, therefore I assumed it was still AVAILABLE to ANYONE who wanted to PAY FOR AND PICK UP the car. The pm I sent to Tony was an INQUIRY about posting MORE pictures of the car if it was possible. In GOOD FAITH, I made a COMMITMENT to Tony to drive there from ILLINOIS and be there on SATURDAY to purchase the car from him and TRAILER it back home which is what my son and I DID. I was always under the assumption that when you send a PM and POST that you sent a PM, that meant that you ARE in line. If this is NOT the case, then I SINCERELY APOLOGIZE. I NEVER meant to create HARD FEELINGS towards anyone. Again, if this is not the case then maybe someone can PLEASE CORRECT me and explain what a PM is actually USED FOR. In any case, the car is NICE and VERY CLEAN and will be taken GOOD CARE OF. Tony is a great guy, probably one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting, and a pleasure doing business with. I would certainly buy from him again if it's something I'm looking for BUT, ONLY AFTER whose ever in line BEFORE me decides to pass on it. I HONESTLY didn't think I did anything WRONG but apparently I MUST HAVE. MY APOLOGY.

How would you see an "actual commitment " when the people in line were skipped over ? Not sure how "pm sent" meant YOU had a commitment. For the record I told Tony. I WILL BUY THE CAR, if Jan ( the First guy in line passes) Full price no haggling, no dickering. For my side of it, I'm done with it, and I'll accept your apology for not following the rules.
Still doesn't explain how the FIRST guy in line got screwed over. Just because you could drive there in a day and Jan could not without a Moderators approval he was not allowed to be skipped over. Now if JW approved the skipping of Jan because he was overseas I'd just like to know about it.

Anyways, good luck with your new car,
    DL
