Hey guys, a buddy of mine is looking to get a '68 Lasabre 2-dr hardtop. His dad had one growing so he's looking to surprise him (not to mention he's always looking at my Buick, seems to have rubbed off on him ) Blue with black vinyl is preferred but he's open to color combos.

He is willing to trade his 1979 Ford Bronco XLT and cash for the right car. He's open to projects but wants something running, I don't think he's too particular about what engine/trans rear end combo is it either.

A little bit about the bronco, needs some sheet metal work. has a 429 crate engine, Weiland Aluminum intake manifold, custom long tube headers, C6 auto- trans, 4" lift kit, and 3.5" body lift. Just replaced the rotors and calipers on the front. new alternator and battery. Carb is about a year old, Edelbrock 1411 4bbl. New cap, rotor, plugs and wires in the last year. drained and refilled the front diff. Has big tires on it, i'm not sure what size they are.

If interested please call 6three0-2nine2-2six8nine and leave a message before 9 pm.

Only pictures he has, I can get some more if anyone is really interested. Car is located in Plano, IL.

Figured I'd mention he's interested in a '68 lesabre, even if you don't want to trade for the Bronco :)

I don't have exactly what he's looking for, but have a 68 electra 225 convertible project car in Iowa for $1200, it runs and lot drives, has a good title, is all complete except upper and lower back seat, hubcaps and fender skirts.
