Wow, serious carnage to the rear left quarter. Other than that, it looks very restorable. Someone already had a head start with hood, fender and door.

2dr post car, that would make it a GS California!

There were no 68 GS350 or GS400 post coupes?

For me it's way too much damage for the money.
Pretty sure only GS california's were post cars.
If it wasn't tagged in the rear it would be a good price.

68/69 special deluxe cars were all post cars

Yes, but weren't there also some GS350 and 400 cars that were posts as well? Either 68 or 69?

I haven't seen one, but who know's, The GS california's were Special/Deluxe bodies with the GS hood and grill, Sail panel emblems also. The VIN should be for a special. In other words, the GS california will not have a GS VIN number.

If anyone knows of post GS350 or GS400 I'd like to see it,

$1500 is pretty serious change for a car in that shape to me. Look at what it would cost to fix that rear end, add that to the $1500 and you could buy a way better project car.

If you could get him to throw in the two Chevys for the 1500, it might make for a good deal.:bla:

I didn't notice those. I wouldn't mind a 59 chevy myself, but I'm afraid that if you had both two doors and the four door it would be a major project to get a nice car out of those also. All sitting outside, and windows missing letting the weather in on both of the two door cars.
