If you get no takers on the complete package, I would be interested in: Spindles, Dust shields, Metal lines and Proportioning Valve GLWS JIM/ROTT
Das...Where did you see the proportioning valve? I keep seeing photos of engines but never seem to see it. My 69 GS has one just below the booster. My guy said its expensive to rebuild. -Mike-
The one the seller has is pictured in the 4th pic. My 70 has it mounted to the frame rail near the transmission linkage. I am switching from drums to discs, so I will be swapping out the master cylinder and proportioning valve and will probably take the opportunity and move the proportioning valve away from the headers. I have roll control plumbed in as well to add to the flaring fun. You can get proportioning valve new from Inline Tube and I imagine Summit Racing, and possibly your local carparts store. No need to rebuild. I am no longer interested in these parts, I dropped coin on new spindles and have found the remainder of the parts I need. Jim
69 and 70 use the same proportioning valve as the drum brake cars and they have a hold off valve mounted on the power brake booster. In 71 the proportioning valve was replaced with a different valve for disc cars.
Some, not all 14 inch rims clear the 69 74 A/F/X disc brake setup. Early 14 in skinnies off a drum brake car will not clear.
